Founded in 2011, Take Action Ministry is a vehicle for mobilizing people who want to express their faith through acts of kindness—bridging the gap between those in need and those with the hearts, time, or material resources to help.

Take Action’s approach is practical and hands-on: they help and support local men and women in poverty-stricken areas who are involved with serving their own communities through projects that care for children. Take Action builds relationships with the project leaders in order to empower and equip them to impact the lives of the children in their care as a way to bring transformation to their communities.

Most of Take Action’s projects are in the rural communities around Hammanskraal, roughly 25 miles north of Pretoria. The focal projects are Drop-in and Aftercare Centers (After school programs), and Early Childhood Development Centers (Day Care programs)..
