Friends & Family,

In recent months, I’ve felt God calling me to get out of my comfortable day-to-day routine in Plano, Texas and be more intentional in sharing the good news of the gospel of Jesus. I’ve also felt motivated to take opportunities that I may not have the ability to take in the future, whether because of family, professional, or other personal commitments that I don’t have today. With that, I’d like to share with you the exciting news that I am joining with e3 Partners Ministry and Watermark Community Church to travel to Ethiopia for a short-term mission trip from June 21-30, 2024!

The purpose of this trip is to share Christ with Ethiopians who have never heard his name, build relationships, and help fulfill e3 Partners Ministry’s mission of planting churches amongst the unreached peoples based in and near Addis Ababa. The Oromo people are the largest ethnic group in Ethiopia, making up about 40% of the country’s population. Our team will partner with local churches and ministries to conduct various outreach programs, home visits, Vacation Bible School (VBS) children’s programs and more.

I will be making this journey with 17 other young adults, and I’d like to invite you to participate, too! First, I’m asking that you participate with us in prayer – pray for travel safety, pray that we may stay healthy, and pray that Jesus moves through, in, and around us as we share His good news.
