A lot has happened in the past year to say the least, but God uses difficult situations to help His children grow. In July of 2016, God shattered my cosmos and showed me His plan for my life: pursuing mission work. God has blessed me with many opportunities to become equipped to share the gospel with others, including serving as an intern for Next Worldwide, a missions based organization. I hope to come away from this summer internship with a greater passion and deeper understanding of God, the missions He’s set before me, and my role as a servant-leader. During my internship, I will learn how to engage others cross-culturally and to spread the gospel effectively. I will also help lead at least two international short-term mission teams. I would greatly appreciate your prayers for this upcoming summer and the path God has me on. This internship is an incredible opportunity to further my long-term goals of graduating from Oral Roberts University with a degree in missions and ultimately becoming a missionary to third-world countries.
