Good afternoon family and friends,

     Today I am sending you an email asking that you will pray for me, my dad and 19 others who will be taking a missionary trip to the Country of Cuba to spread the good news and truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  We will also be conducting baseball clinics, playing baseball games, leaving all our baseball gear that we will be taking and providing   humanitarian aid to the people there.  We will be providing things like tooth paste, dental floss, band aids and other small medicines that we will be allowed to take over.

     This is my first missions trip and my father's too.  I m really excited and nervous at the same time. I am very excited to get the opportunity to play the game i love against the Cubans and also doing clinics and events like that for them. This is the first time that I will traveling outside of the country so I am nervous on what to expect when I first get to Cuba. I have to raise $1950 dollars for this trip. I am asking you to pray about donating money towards my missions trip. I also appreciate your prayers for me and the team. I leave for this trip on June 10th and will be coming back home June 18th. 

We will be going to the city of Placetas, which is about 3 hours outside of Havana. We will conduct baseball clinics and have baseball games with local 16-20 year olds.  It will create great interest and many from the community will come to watch…especially when the local Cubans play the Americans.  Working with a local church, we will get into homes to do IAM2ND Bible studies and talk to them about Jesus Christ. These homes that we talk to will ultimately reproduce and become house churches.
