Richard is an excellent social worker and now leading our family strengthening economic development initiatives! He is known for being humble, patient, and hardworking. He is always willing to help when needed and goes above and beyond to serve our children and their families. He is excited about serving the BTCM children and enjoys singing in the church choir.

A Day in His Life: Our social workers champion our children by spending each day getting to know them through mentoring and discipleship. Through this process they ensure each child's holistic needs--including family strengthening--are being met and come up with solutions for any gaps in care.
