Pastor Victor is a powerhouse of energy and faith—well into his 70s and still outrunning most of us. He leads Father’s House Family Church and directs the HELPS Aquaponics Fish Farm, a sustainable project that provides income, training, and food for families in his community. His fish farm alone is projected to harvest 3,000 tilapia by late 2025.

His entrepreneurial spirit, pastoral heart, and relentless drive make him one of the most inspiring leaders we know.
