The Wallace family is adopting!

That’s right! The wonderful Wallace family has begun the adoption process and has been preparing tirelessly to welcome a beautiful new life into theirs.

In case you haven't had the pleasure of meeting them, Christo is the Assistant Head Groundskeeper for the Cincinnati Reds and Brianna works for a Global Consulting Firm in the Healthcare field. They are so excited to become parents and feel the overwhelming love that comes along with it.

You may know that the adoption and related costs can easily add up to over $40,000! With that, I started this crowdfunding campaign through Adopt Together to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents.

As a friend of Christo and Brianna Wallace, I can say with my whole heart that these beautiful individuals deserve all the help we can provide. The fundraising goal for the adoption fees is $20,000. This includes adoption fees only and does not include travel, out-of-state agency fees, or any direct child care expenses. The Wallaces have also decided that any additional funds they receive beyond their goal will go directly to another family going through the same process.

Not only does this Adopt Together account provide them with a place to receive assistance, but it also provides us a place to follow along in their journey of bringing their little one home. Christo and Brianna will be posting regular updates on their progress here. I hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as an important part of the community we hope to build around the Wallace family as it grows.
