October 16 through October 26, I will be making the trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand.  This represents a whole new challenge to me as a Christian, and it's both exciting and intimidating.

In an attempt to reach a population where seldom have even heard of Jesus Christ, my group will be partnering with an American family who has already begun establishing themselves as part of the community.  We, then, will work side-by-side with local church leaders and attempt to help their churches grow.

Our daily schedules will be filled with a variety of activities which will ultimately center around sharing the Gospel of Jesus and showing God's love.  We'll be reaching out by playing sports, making home visits, and by giving education on human trafficking.  I believe that these routes will allow us to make an impact during our short stay.  e3 Partners Ministry has designed a trip that allows for plenty of opportunity in a setting I never imagined experiencing.

So please help me out!  I will need loads of prayer.  I know that my body will likely be tired, and my mind will be apprehensive in a situation so far out of my comfort zone.  I will need energy, strength, and boldness that I won't be able to muster on my own.  I will also need help funding this trip, so if that's something you're able to assist with I would appreciate it more than words can say.  If not, I am still looking forward to sharing my experiences with each and every person who will listen to me.
