We are another step closer China today.  We received news that the CCCWA ( Chinese version of Foster System) has finished reviewing our dossier! This is big step, because we should be getting our LOA from China that basically says, "please make plans to come get your daughter!!!"  This is coming so fast and we are so excited to hopefully get to China to pick Lulu up.  Thank you all for followin...
