We have all we need (finally!) for our Dossier! A friend is going to the US next week and will mail all our papers to our agency. At that time, a $3,400 fee is due. Once that is paid, they will begin notarizing, and putting it all together. When it's put together they will send it to Bulgaria, where they will translate the papers for us. Once translated, it will head to the Ministry of Justice where it will hopefully be approved and then will wait to be matched for a child!
