First, thank you so very much for your support toward this campaign. Your responses blew me away and I can't thank you enough. This is just a quick update about the trip and my plan moving forward. 

As we are all aware, the circumstances regarding the coronavirus are changing rapidly, and we will undoubtably continue to change in the coming weeks. Given this current global crisis, Hear the Cry is suspending trips for the immediate future until situations change. HTC will continue to make future decisions regarding postponing or cancelling trips as more information is released. Until then its staff and partners are continuously praying for healing and resolution, and for trips to proceed as scheduled once things settle down.

Locally, Hear the Cry is collecting non-perishable food products for families in the Tigard and Tualatin school districts who would typically rely on school meals for their children. Donations can be dropped at Westside: A Jesus Church in Tigard. 

Tentatively, I've signed up for the Brazil team in November 2020. Funds raised thus far will transfer over to that new campaign. Praying for your health and safety in the coming months.
