Our baby girl was born 6/15!We are still in Texas awaiting ICPC clearance before we begin the long drive home to Washington DC. Our time here has been tremendously longer than we anticipated (22 days and counting) so expenses were higher than anyone could have predicted. BUT this adorable bundle of joy makes all things feel worthwhile including this time away from our puppy boy and our own bed....

After a quick match (roughly 6 weeks), we are so excited to announce the arrival of our sweet baby girl. While we didn’t meet our fundraising goal, we pinched pennies and then utilized a low interest adoption loan to cover the balance. We are so thrilled to announce...Our home study is complete and we are officially APPROVED! Next step is to apply to adoption agencies and begin submitting our profile to expectant mothers. So incredibly exciting!!! To all of you who have supported our fundraiser to date, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We have almost reached $3,000 because of your generosity!
