African Leadership trains community and church leaders across Africa who go on to lead stronger churches and build healthier communities. Our mission lies in the hard places where we invest in the people and communities that are rarely reached.

Pastor Mezack is a country director from Rwanda - one of those hard places. Pastor Mezack has completed our pastor training program and has been committed to teaching and leading churches in his community for past 12 years.  One project he is a part of is a prison ministry where training and teaching of the Bible actually happens within the cell walls.  This month, 30 inmates will graduate and become future pastors and leaders in the community.

But they are in need of an essential tool to do their work - a Bible.  Currently, only 1 in 6 African adults will own a Bible in their lifetime. A study Bible with commentary costs $30 for each graduate.  In Rwanda, an average monthly salary for a man or woman is $50, which is used to pay for housing, meals for themselves and their families, and other necessities to survive. With this small income, a $30 Bible is hard to prioritize for our graduates.  

African Leadership and the Mocha Club would love to provide 30 Bibles for these students to receive on their graduation day - and we need your help!  Our mission is 30 - 30 - 30 : 30 Bibles for $30 dollars each in 30 days. (Our total goal is $1000 to support additional costs to deliver the Bibles)
