Finished my first 5k!

OK, I survived my first ever 5K at age 78. 



There were 1,010 participants in the 5K- 1/2 marathon. Out of 277 5K runners I came in 241, which was OK with me because it was my first 5K and I was the oldest male participant. Many participants simply just walked and chatted with friends. You can do it too!  All so we can raise money for the less fortunate so they can have clean drinking water. 

Although my race is over, I encourage you to keep helping me reach my goal of bringing clean water to Peru! Regardless of my race, you can still do something about the water problem. Donate to my fundraiser or simply back the project listed and we'll be one step closer to our goal! WE NEED YOUR HELP.
