Finished my first 5k!OK, I survived my first ever 5K at age 78. There were 1,010 participants in the 5K- 1/2 marathon. Out of 277 5K runners I came in 241, which was OK with me because it was my first 5K and I was the oldest male participant. Many participants simply just walked and chatted with friends.
