So I'm starting to get used to running, but I'm not someone who loves it just yet. I just don't hate it anymore! Win!
I'm starting to handle 4 miles pretty well at a 12/min mile pace, but I'm scheduled to run 5 miles at a faster pace this Sunday. It's supposed to be a furnace here this weekend so I'll be doing a short run on Saturday morning and just playing Sunday by ear. I may have to run it at night kinda like last night. I ran from 9-9:50 PM last night. I am currently not a member of any gym so I am trying to keep training outdoors (i.e.- free).
The main thing about last night's run was that I finally was able to start thinking/praying as I ran which makes everything go faster! I usually am concentrating so hard on the run and my RunKeeper app updating me on distance, pace, etc. that I feel like my runs take forever.
