The people of Dahl Village are living a life of dire desperation.  In 2023 gangs from the mountains above them came down and destroyed the church and school.  People living in the tin homes built by Disciples' Village had to run for their lives to escape the violence of the gangs.  

Through the grace of God, after three relocations, our school is still ministering to desperate children.  Now located in Arcahaie, the school averages around 70 students who represent the most impoverished in the area.  They often go without food through the weekends and are greatly blessed during the week, by an education and hot meal provided by our sponsors.  

Thanks to the efforts of partnering churches in Illinois and S.C., the community is improving and the children are getting healthy. However, there are still many children needing a sponsor to pay for school and a daily meal. Please make a difference in the lives of these children by becoming a Sponsor today.
