Abel Yerga was born in 2015. He joined the Path International Ethiopia Community Based Care program in 2021.

Abel Yerga was in the first group of Community Based Care (CBC) students in Ethiopia, joining PATH in 2021. He was born in 2015, and he lives with his mother, uncle, and little sister. Abel loves playing soccer, and his favorite subject in school is English. Abel wants to be a mechanic when he grows up and was selected to attend Africa Private School. In addition to educational support, Abel's mother is going to receive business training and seed money to begin her own income-generating activity. She thinks she might raise goats or sell vegetables with the money given to her.
