Acen Susan was born in 2009. She joined the Path International Community Based Care (CBC) program in 2019.

Susan lives in a small village in Northern Uganda with her mother, grandmother, and 3 siblings. Susan attends Otino Waa Primary School. Susan loves schools and is very happy to have wonderful teachers and new friends. Thanks to the CBC program, she will be able to continue to live with her family while gaining a quality education, consistent nutrition, and the medical care she needs. The family also receives care, encouragement, training opportunities, emergency assistance, medical access, and the knowledge that they are no longer alone.
