Billise was born in 2017. She joined the PATH International Community Based Care Program in 2024.

Billise Dalasa was in the fourth group of Community Based Care (CBC) students in Ethiopia, joining PATH in 2024. She was 7 years old when she joined PATH, and she lives with her mother and one sibling. She loves playing jump rope with her friends. At school, Billise enjoys learning English and math, and she hopes to be a doctor when she grows up. Her mom, Yeshi Abate, came into the program at 25 years old with no educational background. She currently works as a maid to bring in an income for her family, and she is hopeful to receive business training from PATH in order to begin her own income generating activity.
