Ekol Philips was born in 2014. He joined PATH Otino Waa in 2026.

Ekol Philips was selected for support in the Uganda CBC program in January 2026. Philips is a partial orphan. He lost his father in 2023. His mother is overwhelmed and cannot provide basic needs for him. His family lives near Otino Waa Children’s Village. Given his vulnerable situation, Philips was assessed for support through the Community Based Care Program.
