Hamidu joined the Mweruka Junior School faculty beginning with the 2017 school year. He teaches grades 3, 4, and 5.

 "I am Kakooza Hamidu, I was assigned in 2017 to join this institution (MJS) as an educator for grade 3,4 and 5. I am understanding, patient and aware of how to talk to my students. My role as a teacher is to improve my student’s skills to make them comfortable and give them the opportunity to express themselves so they can build confidence so as to become important people in the future.

During the period of Covid 19, I helped my students in the various village teaching centers, I do this with my other fellow teachers. This has helped my children not to go wild during this long holiday.

I believe that building a relation and providing a comfortable but challenging enough environment for their growth is my main responsibility too.

I am also a member of the Hygiene Committee where I combine my effort with other members in encouraging and educating our students on how to live in a clean and safe environment."  Hamidu. Kakooza
