Felmeta Usman was in the fourth group of Community Based Care (CBC) students in Ethiopia, joining PATH in 2024. He was 9 years old when he joined PATH, and he lives with his mother and three other siblings. At school, Felmeta enjoys learning English and Afan Oromo, and he hopes to be an engineer when he grows up. His mom, Fatuma Yaqub, came into the program at 30 years old with no educational background. She currently works as a daily laborer to bring in an income for her family, and she is hopeful to receive business training from PATH in order to begin her own income generating activity.
