Firaol was born in 2018. He joined the PATH International Community Based Care Program in 2024.

Firaol Yohannis was in the fourth group of Community Based Care (CBC) students in Ethiopia, joining PATH in 2024. He was 7 years old when he joined PATH, and he lives with his mother and one sibling. At school, Firaol enjoys learning Math and English, and he hopes to be an engineer when he grows up. His mom, Rahel Girma, came into the program at 25 years old with only an elementary school education. She currently works as a maid to bring in an income for her family, and she is hopeful to receive business training from PATH in order to begin her own income generating activity.
