Joselyne lives in Mukindo village with her mother and 1 sibling. She enjoys playing with a tennis ball. Joselyne helps her mother by fetching water, collecting firewood for cooking, washing the dishes, and sweeping.

Joselyne is a girl who eats only once a day, usually when her mother returns from doing casual labor. Her father abandoned them when she was just one year old. Since then, life has been very difficult. Her mother struggles to provide food and basic needs for the family through farming.
