Since Mweruka Junior School’s beginning in 2006, Joseph has served on the board of directors of Blessings of Joy - Uganda and, currently, Christ Exceeds, CBO ministries. Mission oriented, supports Ugandan's who are underserved and vulnerable.

Joseph and Solomon attended high school and college together.  Joseph partnered with Solomon in founding Blessings of Joy Church and Mweruka Juniior School.  When Solomon came to the States, Joseph accepted Mweruka Junior School Deputy Director responsibilities, which include completing the applications and paperwork that allow MJS to maintain its primary school accreditation, as well as overseeing the quality of the educational programs.
