Lucian lives in Jamaica at the West Haven Children’s Home and has Cerebral Palsy.

Lucian responds well to stimulation and shows his excitement through his body language. He tries to connect with people by smiling and following their eyes. With the help of a sponsor, Lucian will be able to continue receiving stimulation in his cottage, have access to medical treatment, receive advocacy in his community, and have the opportunity to reach his fullest potential.
