Mefkira was born in 2010. She joined the Path International Community Based Care Program in 2022.

Mefkira Ahmed was in the second group of Community Based Care (CBC) students in Ethiopia, joining PATH in 2022. She was born in 2010, and she lives with her mother and two other siblings. Mefkira loves playing jump rope with her friends, and her favortie subject in school is the Afan Oromo language. When she grows up, Mefkira wants to become an engineer. Mefkira has been selected to attend Nafyaad Private School. In addition to receiving educational support, her mother is going to receive business training and seed money to begin her own income generating activity.
