Malnutrition and abuse are sometimes the un-natural part of a child born in Haiti. As a two year old infant, Mellie was skin and bones when she was rescued. Lack of good nutrition caused slowness in her gaining balance and strength for walking.

Loving care at Grace House has allowed her to steadily blossom physically and emotionally, but even as the youngest toddler she used her strong determination to persevere. She has strong leadership

Millie is sure to win your heart with her lively, energetic spirit. She loves to run, jabber, and hang with the toddlers. She likes being a big girl. As she grows may God harness that energy into excitement for bringing others in Haiti to His kingdom.
