Moses came to Joy Divine in 2003. He was among the first group of 30 boys who were presented to Joy Divine by the government. He used to live with his parents and four siblings in Machakos County. His father was a drunkard and his mother worked in fields to provide for the family. His father sold the small piece of land they lived on forcing them to leave him behind and flee to the streets of Nairobi. Because of Moses’ lack of knowledge of the streets, he lost track of his mother. After living on the streets for ??? the City Council found him and brought him to Joy Divine. He now has a dream to study Military Science and to serve his country.
