Ocen Osman Luke was born in 2017. He joined PATH Otino Waa in 2026.

Following a comprehensive assessment conducted after the application process, Ocen Osman Luke joined Otino Waa Children's Village in January 2026. Luke and his sister Ayugi Ritah Ruth both applied, but due to limited space, only Luke was able to come. They are total orphans. Their father died of hepatitis, and their mother died in childbirth. Luke and his sister were being cared for by their uncle, who has many other children depending on him and who was unable to meet their basic needs. The children often went hungry and couldn't attend school. Luke is grateful to be at Otino Waa and is enjoying getting 3 meals a day, clothing that fits, shoes and attending school.
