Oceng Emmanuel was born in 2010. He joined the Path International Community Based Care Program in 2018.

Oceng Emmanuel is a part of the first group of Community Based Care (CBC) students. Emmanuel lives with his mother and nine siblings. Emmanuel is the last born in the family. His sister Robinah and brother Ricky Solomon are also attending the school. Mathematics is his best subject. Emmanuel's mother is so grateful to Path Ministries for giving her children a future. As of 2018, Emmanuel would like to be a plumber when he grows up.
