Odongo Walter was born in 2013. He joined Otino Waa Children's Village in 2019.

Walter came from a very rural village and was able to join with many family members. This is rare to have so many children from one home, but their situation was especially desperate. One of our staff, who went to gather the children and bring them to our Village remarked, their smiles were so big as if an impossible dream had come true. Walter was one of the youngest students, but thankfully Walter and his cousin Godfrey are in the same house and their sister is in the house next door. The family is enjoying school and being together. Walter is very excited to attend and wants to learn about math.
