Ogwal Moses joined Otino Waa Children's Village in January 2026. Moses is a total orphan. His father was tragically killed by unknown attackers while traveling. On the day of his father's funeral, his mother left, abandoning Moses and leaving him in the care of his paternal grandmother. She has never been heard from since. Moses has been under the care of his grandmother, a widowed and elderly woman who struggles to provide enough food day to day. Given the absence of parental support and the grandmother's limited capacity, Moses was identified as highly vulnerable. Now that he is at Otino Waa, Moses is receiving proper care, consistent supervision, access to education, and a stable environment conducive to his overall development. Moses is very social, is always smiling and is full of energy.
