Okidi Emmanuel joined Otino Waa Children's Village in January 2026. Tragically, Emmanuel's father committed suicide. Then, shortly after his father's death, his mother abandoned him. He was being cared for by his elderly grandfather, a retired teacher who struggles to fully provide for Emmanuel's needs. Despite these challenges, Emmanuel has shown a strong interest in learning, with a particular passion for mathematics, and he aspires to become a pilot in the future. Between his vulnerable home situation, and his eagerness to learn, Emmanuel was accepted into the residential program and is excited for the opportunities ahead.
