Philemon lives in Jamaica at West Haven Children’s home and has Cerebral Palsy.

Philemon is a 37-year-old male who enjoys stimulation through music and can be found listening to all different types of music. However, his favorite activity is taking nature walks where his smile is most noticeable. With the help of a sponsor, Philemon will be able to continue attending school, have access to medical treatment, receive advocacy in his community, and have the opportunity to reach his fullest potential.
