Kubra was born in 2016. She joined the PATH International Community Based Care Program in 2024.

Kubra Abdulahmed was in the fourth group of Community Based Care (CBC) students in Ethiopia, joining PATH in 2024. She was 8 years old when she joined PATH, and she lives with her mother and two siblings. At school, Kubra enjoys learning the Amharic and Afan Oromo languages, and she hopes to be a doctor when she grows up. Her mom, Aisha Ahmed, came into the program at 35 years old with educational background. She currently works as a daily laborer to bring in an income for her family, and she is hopeful to receive business training from PATH in order to begin her own income generating activity.
