Shelly Ann lives in Jamaica at West Haven Children’s home and has an Intellectual disability.

Shelly Ann responds well to stimulation and shows her excitement through body language. She tries to connect with people by smiling and following their eyes. With the help of a sponsor, Shelly Ann will be able to continue receiving stimulation in her cottage, have access to medical treatment, receive advocacy in her community, and have the opportunity to reach her fullest potential.
