Shneider is a bright and creative little boy being lovingly raised by his grandparents in Luly, a small fishing village along Haiti’s western coast. Though they care for him deeply, the weight of poverty makes affording school tuition nearly impossible. Shneider loves preschool and is eager to learn, but without support his opportunities are limited.
