Tino Tabica was born in 2019. She joined PATH Otino Waa in 2026.

Tino Tabica was welcomed into Otino Waa Children's Village in January 2026. She is a partial orphan from a family of five siblings, having lost her father in a road accident. She lived with her mother, who is a farmer. Without a running business to sustain the household, the family faces significant financial struggles. Given her vulnerable situation Tabica was assessed for support at Otino Waa, where she could receive proper care, shelter, and access to education.
