WE HAVE BEEN MATCHED!We are so excited to have been matched to two brothers: L (11) and M (7). We have started to decorate their room, buy things they will need, contact schools and doctors, and daydream about our lives with them. Last week, we were given the chance to send them a video, photo book, and present from us. It is starting to seem real!

Our dossier is accepted and with Colombia! In fact, we even have a child identified to be ours. We have sent a letter of intent to adopt to Colombia. We are now waiting for colombia to confirm our letter. Then our status will officially be “child identified!”. Or, to spill a few details...children identified!

We have officially turned in the dossier! Our journey is getting closer to the part where we meet our child! Right now our timeline looks like this: 40 days for the dossier to be translated, then 2-6 months to be matched to a child, 2 months prep before travel to Colombia, and then off we go to meet our future child!
