Hi! I’m Angela Ojeda, and I’m incredibly grateful and excited to be part of a life-changing mission trip to San Pedro Sula, Honduras in Winter 2025, with Loma Linda University’s SIMS (Students for International Mission Service).
Our team will be working with Pan American Health Services (PAHS) — a nutritional rehabilitation center that serves children under five in the mountains of North Central Honduras. For over a decade, SIMS teams have been partnering with PAHS to provide essential medical and dental care, mobile clinics to rural communities, public health education, child therapy, and holiday celebrations for children who deserve joy, health, and love.
Why I’m Going
This trip is about more than service — it’s about compassion, connection, and commitment. We won’t just be delivering health services — we’ll be sharing time, love, and humanity with the children and families of PAHS, making sure they feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
How You Can Help
To make this mission a reality, I’m fundraising $1,500 to cover:
- Travel and lodging
- Supplies for clinics and community outreach
- Support for PAHS and its programs
With your support, I’m hoping to reach the finish line!

With gratitude,
Angela Ojeda
