12 women, one house, and hundreds of changed lives!  This unique team comprised of women from Westside and Sunset will spend time with the house moms at Bethany Village who are each caring for and raising up some amazing young orphan children.  Our goal on this trip is to help equip the women with skills that help with the economic development of their individual house.  Skills such as tailoring, jewelry making, gardening, quilting, embroidery and the like are possible means to a business they can bring to the marketplace to support and better their provisions for the kids in their homes.

Our time will also bring encouragement to their physical, emotional and spiritual well being through exercise, nutritional guidance, Bible study on God's heart for raising kids, conversation, and just sharing in their hearts and lives.



Important Information about Hear The Cry Trips:

• Trip cost includes airfare, food, lodging, insurance, ground transportation, supplies and excursions. Team members are responsible for any additional snacks and souvenirs during travel.
• Interviews for each team will begin on the Application Deadline date for each trip. 
• Passports are required for all destinations, and must be valid for 6 months past the date of departure. Allow 4-6 weeks for any passport application and processing time.
• India and Myanmar applicants must have a valid passport in hand at the time of the application deadline.
• Upon acceptance to the team, a non-refundable deposit of $25 will be required as you set up your fundraising and online profile.  The balance of the trip cost is due two weeks prior to departure.
